The 60-second walkthrough: no sign-in, no form

I landed at 2:58 a.m. after a mechanical delay and I'm scheduled to report at noon. Is that legal?
Ask about your agreement
1. The question, typed like a text. Plain language, at any hour.
Duty day: 16 h 04 m
Minimum rest owed: equal to duty day
Rest ends: 7:02 p.m.
Noon report: 6 h 58 m short
2. The math, shown in full. Duty time, rest window, and the gap: computed, not quoted.
No, you're owed 16 hours of rest, and a noon report doesn't provide it.

3. The verdict, with its source. Every answer cites the article and section.

01. Legality Math

What does the agreement work out to, in hours and dollars?

Duty limits, rest minimums, overtime tiers, time-zone crossings. The system computes them from your agreement's own rules and shows the arithmetic. The answer isn't a quoted paragraph; it's the number, with the paragraph cited under it.

What's my overtime rate after 10 hours?
1.5× after 10:00, 2× after 12:00.
On your $42.10 base:
10:01–12:00 → $63.15/hr
12:01+ → $84.20/hr

02. It Asks Before It Answers

What if the right answer depends on the situation?

Agreements branch: reserve or lineholder, home base or layover, weekday or holiday. When the answer depends on facts the member hasn't given, it asks the follow-up first, the way a careful steward would.

How much notice do I get before a schedule change?
Are you on reserve this month, or holding a line? The notice window is different for each.
Holding a line.
96 hours, or premium pay applies.

03. It Knows Its Limits

What happens when the question isn't in the contract?

If a question falls outside the collective agreement (a legal dispute, a personnel matter, something the agreement simply doesn't cover), it says so plainly and points the member to their steward. It never fills a gap with a guess.

Can my manager discipline me for what I posted online?
That's outside your collective agreement, so I can't answer it from the contract. This is one for your steward. They can look at the specifics with you.
Referred to your steward

That's the entire experience. Plain language in. Cited contract out. Want to see it on your own contract?

Put your collective agreement in every member's pocket.
